If your item arrives damaged or is not working correctly, please follow the warranty process and contact us (email@example.com) for return merchandise authorization within 48 hours of the order being received. The item will be replaced with a new product free of charge, or you can choose to receive a full refund.

- Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged to (firstname.lastname@example.org) or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing return merchandise authorization. When you take pictures or videos, please use good lighting, take the photo at a close to profer distance, so that we can identify and verify the issue.
- Customers need to pay the return shipping fee first. After MORATE has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. If product technical team determine the item is not DOA, we will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
